Reconnecting with your core is a key part of postpartum recovery.
In this free 30-minute workshop, you’ll learn simple, effective ways to re-engage your abdominals so you can heal well, move with confidence, and reduce the risk of pain, injury, or lingering symptoms down the road.Whether you’re 4 weeks or 4 years postpartum, this class is designed for you! Little ones are welcome—bring them along to play or relax nearby while you take this time to focus on your core and pelvic floor health.

What to Expect: 60 minute workshop
A deep dive into 5 simple posture hacks that you can apply immediately to reduce tension — even while you're working.
2 restorative chair-based exercises that are easy to do, anytime you need a reset.
