Mobile Mom Physical Therapy
1. Request Appointment
Request an appointment by hitting the button below. I will contact you to answer any questions and schedule your initial evaluation.
2. Find the Why
We start with a 60 minute initial evaluation where we start the work of uncovering what is causing the issue. During this first session, I listen to your story, have you go through a variety of movements and have several “table tests” to tell me where the issue lies. I am looking at everything from your neck to your feet this first session.
3. Create Change
We work to create lasting changes in your body during 60 minute treatment sessions. These sessions are always with me, never with another PT or aide, and consist of hands-on manual therapy, and very specific techniques and exercises to create lasting change so you actually FEEL DIFFERENT in your body - more grounded, more calm, less symptoms. We should start to see change in 2-3 sessions.
4. Challenge the Change
This is where things get fun. We don’t stop when symptoms simply resolve. This stage takes clients past the initial symptom resolution to start challenging the body to make sure you can withstand more difficult activities (eg. pickleball, weightlifting, running after kids, water skiing, whatever fun and active is for you). Body resilience is what we are after here.
5. Lasting Wellness
Imagine living life without that nagging worry about your pelvic floor or constant pain. That's the freedom we're aiming for. Let's get you back to doing what brings you joy, feeling stronger, more confident, and healthier than before so that you can have the life you want to have.
